What we do here is to bring together the effectiveness of modern medicine and the wisdom of ancient healing practices to promote wellness and allow you to heal, recover and live your life to the fullest potential with our 8 Step Program.

Mind-Body medicine is an empowering approach to wellness, based on self-care and self-awareness.  Mind-Body skills are easy to learn and apply when living in the present moment.  That is what we teach; being present and a witness to everything you do.

Weekly yoga and Mindfulness Classes are held from 6pm-8pm Tuesdays & Thursdays, and 4pm-5pm Sundays.  Our business is located at 391 Main St. Danville, NH 03819.
